In September, 1995, I formed a partnership with my good friend and fellow artist Eileen Smyth (yes, that's the infamous 'other Smyth'). We decided to take advantage of our distinguished last names and do something that had never been done before. This is how Smith & Smyth Creations came to be.

My partner followed a teaching career and full-time motherhood while I took over the business completely. Over the years, the business has evolved from traditional painting to commercial art and web design.

Since 2003, SSC has redefined it's identity to include real estate investing, a World of Products catalog, Pre-Paid Legal Services and Identity Theft Shield Services.
