Smith & Smyth Creations (SSC) began in New York as a General Partnership with Richard Smith and Eileen Smyth on September 1, 1995, focusing on Graphic Design Services. As time went on, Eileen ventured into new opportunities as an artist and teacher as well as a full-time mom while Rick continued building his graphic design business, buying her half of the company.

SSC was officially converted to a Limited Liability Company in 2003. As the company's owner and director, Richard Smith could now take the business in a new direction.

In May, 2003, Smith & Smyth Creations LLC began focusing it's energies on Real Estate Investing with the guidance of the Russ Whitney Education Group, Inc. The graphic design services also expanded to include both print and web venues, attracting new customers and clientele.

In October, 2005, SSC introduced its own World of Products merchandise catalog, showcasing amazing collectibles and home decor furnishings for indoor and outdoor use.

In December, 2006, Smith crossed paths with an amazing opportunity that couldn't be passed up, listing SSC as an official independent associate of Pre-Paid Legal Services Inc. and Identity Theft Shield.

In August, 2007, Smith decided it was time to take SSC to Pennsylvania and explore a much better environment for business opportunities and professional venues.
